We work alongside schools, community safe spaces, and families to ensure that children, adolescent girls, and young people build essential competencies to thrive in society and the local economy.

Improve foundational literacy, numeracy, leadership skills, and market-driven vocational competencies for learners, prioritizing adolescent girls and out-of-school youth.

  • Community Learning Centers & Remedial Classes: Safe learning spaces, after-school modules, and catch-up programs for vulnerable girls and out-of-school youth

Climate-Smart Livelihoods & Youth Entrepreneurship

We build the economic agency of young women, youth, and smallholder farming households through climate-resilient agriculture, micro-enterprise creation, and financial inclusion.

  • Financial Inclusion & Savings Groups: Strengthen VSLAs, microfinance linkages, and credit management for young female entrepreneurs

Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights

Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR)

We champion youth-friendly, rights-based, and gender-transformative SRHR knowledge, services, and advocacy to protect bodily autonomy and well-being.

Primary Objective

Improve SRHR awareness, self-advocacy, and service access among adolescent girls, young women, and youth while reducing incidences of teenage pregnancy and GBV.

  • Age-Appropriate SRHR & Life Skills Education: Safe-space discussions and peer-led learning in schools, youth centers, and community hubs
  • Peer Champions & Resource Persons: Train young women and youth as community health champions, peer educators, and confidential referral partners
  • Health Facility & Referral Linkages: Youth-responsive referral networks for family planning, maternal health, STI/HIV prevention, and psycho-social support
  • Norms Change & GBV Prevention: Engage men, boys, parents, and cultural leaders to address gender inequality, reduce stigma, and prevent SGBV and early marriage
